Years ago everyone predicted that Travel Agents would cease to exist after the flux of internet travel websites.  A few clicks and you are done!  Your trip could be planned and perfectly arranged.  Well those people did not take into account the personal service that travel agents offer.  Travelers use travel agents to customize and maximize their travel experiences.  I have not been to a travel website yet that could tell me the perfect room in a particular hotel with the best view of the sunset. Would you trust a website to arranging a helicopter tour of San Francisco on your way to the Napa Valley for an exclusive wine tasting? Needless to say, Travel Agents are still in demand for the savvy and sophisticated traveler.
